With just a sheet of paper and a pair of scissors, what kind of magic can unfold?
In the exhibition “Beyond the Ordinary – Contemporary Book Art”, paper artist Lau Ming‑hang (Sunfool) captivates audiences with his intricate three‑dimensional paper installations. Visitors are often left in awe, wondering how such delicate craftsmanship is achieved.
This August, Sunfool will host two hands‑on workshops, revealing how he combines light and shadow with paper art to create immersive works. In the workshop, participants of all ages will transform simple paper into sculptural forms, then explore how lighting can add depth, atmosphere, and artistic dimension to their creations.
With dedicated sessions for families and for teenagers, the workshop invites children and adults alike to unleash their imagination. Cut, shape, and cast a little light and shadow magic — and watch your paper creation transform the space around you.
Join us and create your own luminous work of art.
